Students will need to book classes directly through the studio. (Maps and parking notes are found on the “Locations” tab under the “About” header. Links to the website are found there too, as well as on the Home/Welcome page about halfway down.)

At the C.O.R.E. grow strong studio :

Kelly teaches Group Reformer Pilates, Chair, Mat + Tower, jumpboard and mobility classes at CORE. She will bring her comprehensive training and contemporary athletic approach to these classes, while offering modifications for all. Classes are 50 minutes and will use the Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, chairs, jumpboards, and hand weights, as well as the box, ring and Pilates ball.

Students Must wear grippy socks to Reformer classes.
